About The book I am Fine
"I am fine" is an attempt to spread the desire of mental and emotional well-being.
The book examines the fact that life is a series of trials, confusions and unanswered questions. Each one of us goes through these series of events. It is up to us to accept them, keep faith that there is someone to take care of and keep moving ahead.
The principles of being fine as explained in the book, if followed truthfully and honestly, may result in a greater peace of mind. An unconditional acceptance of self, others and surroundings will eventually lead to a satisfactory "SELF".
The fast pace of todays world and the rise of the consumer centric society has put tremendous pressure on our own expectations of self and others. This has resulted in an exponential rise in the emotional, mental and behavioral unmanageability. The rise in the cases of depression, addictions and other related symptoms is a result of the same.
All achievements are fruitless if own mental well-being is compromised. It takes extra efforts to keep it intact.
"I am fine" is a sharing of this desire and efforts towards achieving this well being.
